Business analysis manager in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for a Business Analysis Manager (Department of Operations financial activity)

Main duties:

• Formulation of business requirements and detailing them for developers;
• Description of business processes, including creating process diagrams, defining stages, events, data flows and roles of process participants;
• Coordinating the work of the development and support team, communicating with stakeholders;
• Conducting online meetings to discuss the project and identifying the customer's needs and ensuring an effective communication process between all project participants;
• Participation in functional testing of the developed solutions to ensure their compliance with the requirements;
• Information support for the customer's business employees regarding the use of the system.< /li>

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the financial field;
• Understanding the specifics of the work of financial institutions, banking operations, payment systems;
• Ability to formulate business requirements and maintain requirements in an up-to-date state;
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of project participants, including business users, developers, support and testers;
• Ability to negotiate and find compromises when resolving conflicts and reaching agreement;
• Ability to analyze complex situations, understand key problems and find effective solutions to solve them;
• Experience with payment gateways, API of payment systems is desirable;
• Understanding the basic principles and structure of JSON;
• Knowledge and experience with software for describing business of processes, including creating process diagrams, defining stages, events, data flows and roles of process participants;
• Proficient in Excel, including creating and formatting tables, using formulas and functions for data analysis.
