Basic tasks:

• Configuration and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system.
• Setting up and supporting the IBM Maximo system.
• Setting up and supporting the IBM Planning Analytics system.
• Working with users to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring data security and legal compliance.
• Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for users.
Training and training of personnel.

• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer science, business administration , energy or similar specialties.
• Advanced level of computer skills .
• Windows OS customization skills.
• Ability to study independently.
• The level of English is not lower than B1.
• It is desirable to have work experience in the technical support of the operation of information systems.
