We export feed to the US, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries. 400 "> We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic specialist for position Business Analytics/CRM Implementation Specialist for p >> Playing, implementing and optimizing the CRM system for the purpose of Improvement of business processes, integration of different systems, consumer analysis and forming effective marketing and operating strategies. • Development and documentation of CRM-system architecture, determination of data exchange logic between modules and other systems. 
• Formation and standardization of business processes of data collection, identification of mandatory fields and parameters for quality analysis and personalization of proposals. 

• Definition and documentation of business demand for CRM in collaboration with key stakeholders.  

• CRM integration with other company systems (sites, ERP, call center, veterinary clinics, online stores ) to ensure uninterrupted data exchange.

• Analysis and segmentation of consumer data, development of cross-section models between client categories and building personalized interaction scenarios. 

• Interactions with IT-Department, Project Manager and Integrator (Creatio) in terms of implementation, setup and testing of analytical tools.

• Data quality and correctness, structuring for further use in Power Bi and others Analytics Tools. /l>

• CRM efficiency monitoring, analysis of the impact of changes in business processes and making proposals for further improvement of the system. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Education:

  Experience and additional skills:

  • Experience Business Analyter or Data Analyter from 2 years.
