We invite to our team a Sales Manager (B2B)

Our expectations:
- Experience of working with B2B clients (construction or FMCG sphere)
- Knowledge of sales methods and technologies (lead generation, sales funnel, transactional sales)
- Negotiation skills, identification of needs and presentations product
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Availability of category B driver's license (mechanics)
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information
- Willingness to work in conditions of dynamic changes
Main responsibilities:
- Execution of planned sales indicators
- Active search and attraction customers, making "cold" calls, conducting cooperation negotiations
- Conducting regular meetings with customers, monitoring the activity of facilities, assessing risks for the schedule of shipments
- Forming and monitoring orders, controlling shipments, forming schedules, making adjustments
- Preparing commercial offers and contracts
- Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual terms and timeliness payment
- Maintenance of customer base and sales funnel in CRM
- Control of finished product balances in warehouses and prevention of waste accumulation
