What is needed to do:

• Formation of the annual budget of the established business direction to the level of responsibility centers;
• Monthly formation / updating of operational budgets of subdivisions;
• Ensuring the transfer of target financial indicators to the heads of the direction;
• Formation of forecast financial indicators on a regular basis;
• Calculation the actual implementation of target financial indicators by the managers of the established business area and interaction with the personnel directorate to carry out accruals and payments in accordance with the current regulations on the personnel motivation system;
• Control of the correctness of actual income and expenses, making adjustments;
• Constant monitoring of the financial results of the business area, detection of deviations and losses;
• Factor analysis of budget implementation and deviation from the fact of the previous month of the established business direction, according to the agreed algorithm and template.

We expect from you:

• Full higher education in the field of economics, finance, of applied mathematics, engineering or related disciplines;
• Experience as an analyst for 1-3 years;
• Basic knowledge in mathematical statistics and analysis;
• Proficiency in Excel at a high level (Power Query/Power Pivot);
• Skills in preparing presentations based on the results of information analysis;
• Ability to have a deep understanding of business processes;
• Deep analytical abilities, working with large data sets;
• Attention to details;
• System thinking;
• Skills to work in multitasking conditions;
