We are looking for a Budget Controller who will take charge of cost control, analytics and management reporting for management. This is a role for a systematic, principled person who knows how to put the numbers in order.

Main responsibilities

• Control and collection of expenses according to the relevant budget items

• Control overspends and participate in reconciliation expenses

• Consolidation of financial information into analytical tables

• Formation and preparation of regular reports for management

• Support and development of the budgeting and management accounting system

First tasks (2-3 months)

• Organize a clear and regular collection of information about expenses

• Set up the correct distribution of expenses by budget items

• Develop / optimize tables and reports for the analysis of financial indicators

• Implement a unified approach to financial analytics in the department

Experience and education

• Work experience from 3 years

• Higher education (finance, economics, accounting - will be an advantage)

• Availability of professional certificates - plus

Professional knowledge and skills

• Confident user of 1C / BAS, Google Docs

• Understanding financial accounting

• Financial modeling:

  • Cash Flow

  • unit-economics

  • profitability analysis

• Building and/or transformation of budgeting and management accounting
