BTL manager in Smart Solutions

We are looking for a BTL manager who will strengthen our team and become part of the history of Smart Solutions :)

What you will do:

• Plan, organize and coordinate BTL activations throughout Ukraine
• Communicate with clients, trade networks and contractors
• Coordinate the work of supervisors and promoters on projects
• Control the quality of implementation activities and compliance with brand standards
• Form project budgets, prepare reports, work with analytics and photo-reports
• Adapt client technical specifications to the requirements of specific trade networks
• Participate in the development and implementation of trade marketing / in-store activities
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of campaigns in the field

We expect from you:

• Experience as a BTL manager / BTL project coordinator
• Understanding the market of promotional activities and field marketing projects
• Skills organize processes, work with a team and be customer-oriented
• Experience in an advertising or BTL-agency and practical experience in trade marketing will be an advantage
• Higher education (marketing, management or related areas - preferred)
• Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, as well as Trello, Canva tools
