Foreign analogues that you may have heard of before: Blik, Giropay, Zell, etc.
With the support of the National Bank of Ukraine and international organizations, they are all together developing one of the most modern payment networks in the world.

The future colleague in this role is a bold and proactive strategist and manager, ready for responsibility and experimentation. You will have the freedom to choose tools, methods and strategy, and you will also be able to assemble and grow a team with which you will achieve ambitious goals.

What we are looking for in you:

1. 2 years of experience as a brand manager in B2B < /li>
2. Successful experience in brand development and implementation.
3. Experience in launching and promoting new products.
4. Knowledge of digital marketing and trends.
5. Understanding brand identity and positioning.
6. Ability to manage a team and set clear tasks
7. Experience in writing texts for various communication channels (scripts for videos, content in social networks, articles for mass media).

4. High level of responsibility and result-oriented.

Your future tasks:

1. Creative. The team will expect from you:

• Short-term and medium-term brand development strategy - taking into account market dynamics and market share, develop an activity calendar, budgeting.
• Development and implementation of marketing plans for brand development.
• Development of creative ideas for communication strategy.
• Collaboration with leading partners to define strategic directions for development
• Creation of ideas for brand campaigns and content initiatives.

2. Analytics includes:

• Analysis of competitors.
• Market and trend analysis.
• Regular brand analysis.
• Organization of marketing research.

3. Management:

• Interact with different teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channelstie
• Organization and implementation of marketing activities and advertising campaigns.
• Planning and controlling the work of the internal team and contractors.
• Control of execution of content plans.
• Development and control of launch of promo offers.
