Brand marketer (BEAUTY category) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

EVA - the leader of the Ukrainian retail market in the drogerie & beauty segment - is looking for an ambitious and proactive Brand Marketer?for the product category BEAUTY?

Requirements:

1. Experience in marketing from 2 years.
2. Experience of working with a product category or with brands of this category.
3. Possession of knowledge in digital, marketing mix and understanding of offline retail market.
4. High communication skills and the ability to build internal and external communication.
5. Ability to keep a high pace at work, set priorities, stick to deadlines, take responsibility and take initiative.

Will be a plus:

• Education in the specialty "Marketing" or completion of relevant training courses.

Responsibilities:

• Building a Marketing Strategy for the BEAUTY category in the EVA store network and its implementation in connection with specific directions
• Control over the achievement of the main business KPIs of the category
• Participation in the planning and implementation of key promotional activities of the brand
• Compilation, control and implementation of the network communication plan at different levels (work with cross-functional teams)
• Participation in company projects from the marketing side of the store chain
• Participation in network development working groups
• Work with the direction of collaborations and partnership activities
