We invite you to participate in the competition for the position of MARKETING OFFICER OF THE OTICON HEARING AID BRAND General requirements: · Higher education in the field of marketing, advertising, PR. · Work experience of at least 3 years in marketing in the field of individual medical products, precious consumer goods, medicine, healthcare.· Knowledge of the basics of marketing, advertising, PR, communications and promotion of consumer goods (B2C).· Experience in developing and independently implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.· Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including building web pages and working in social networks. Special requirements - knowledge and skills: · Create effective advertising campaigns that attract the attention of target audiences and increase product awareness. · Have experience in using various marketing channels , including digital marketing, social networks, and traditional media. Monitoring of the target market and competitive environment, forecasts, planning actions for brand promotion. Introduction of new consumer products, mainly leading brands, to the market of Ukraine. Marketing budget formation, management and control of use with maximum efficiency.· Use analytical tools to measure the results of marketing campaigns and establish key success metrics.· Carry out constant monitoring, study customer needs and analyze competitive advantages and disadvantages.· Coordination of online promotion: TK for executors, management, execution control ( SMM, SEO, copywriters, designers, etc.).· Creation of content (sites, SMM, direct-mail, etc.).· Conducting surveys and focus groups of consumers.· Synergistic interaction with other company brands.· Analysis of the economic effectiveness of marketing.· Experience in organizing, holding, and participating in exhibitions and other marketing events. Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with other marketers and company departments to ensure effective marketing. Possession of photo-video equipment and photo-video editors.
