Now we are looking A BRAND MANAGER, acolleague who will not just be a "task-performer", but a co-creator of category success. A person who knows how to bring a product from an idea to a shelf.
Duties:
- Management of subordinate product groups. Analysis of sales and optimization of the assortment within these product groups.
- Analysis of the market, competitors in terms of territories, customers, prices, etc.; preparation of reports.
- Initiation and control of optimization of recipes of existing products in order to comply with brand positioning and increase the profitability of the product portfolio.
- Participation in the formation of pricing policy.
- Conducting marketing research (on your own or with the involvement of contractors).
- Development of a product portfolio promotion strategy.
- Compilation of an annual marketing plan. Formation of the annual and monthly budget.
- Planning together with the trade marketing department of activities aimed at stimulating sales.
- Development of new products, series, trademarks: naming, differentiation, positioning, assortment formation.
- Management cross-functional project team for the development and launch of new products (management of the processes of recipe development, search for new ingredients, selection of new technologies and materials for product packaging)
- Launch of new products, including the development of a communication strategy.
- Work with contractors: creative, design agencies, production studios, media partners.
- Participation in exhibitions and profile events.
- Preparation of presentation, informational and educational materials for product groups that are subordinated.
- Training of sales teams on the features of the brand's product line. Presentation of the new product to the sales team.
Requirements:
- mandatory work experience in a similar position in the field FMCG (food products)
- ability to work with analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and decision-making.
- ability to research market trends, competitive environment and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.
- strategic thinking, systematic, proactive, communication skills, cross-functional project management skills.
- higher education in the field of marketing
- fluent user of MS Office programs; basic skills of AI tools.
- English - preferred Intermediate (will be an advantage)
- Polish - will be an advantage
- possibility of business trips (rare)
