Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of the company's marketing strategy on export markets in the short and long term
- Conducting marketing research of target countries (market potential, competitors, pricing, marketing strategies)
- Analysis of cultural characteristics and consumer habits in the target export markets
- Analysis of research results, formation of insights and recommendations for the development of brands and categories
- Adaptation of brands to local markets (positioning, naming, formats, packaging design)
- Participation in the analysis of the export portfolio of products (profitability, sales, compliance business strategy), initiation of improvements
- Generation of new product ideas and support for their launch on export markets
- Cross-functional coordination of launches (production, procurement of TUM and ingredients, labeling, logistics, sales)
- Development and coordination of advertising and communication materials, packaging design together with designers
- Preparation and conducting of presentations marketing projects for sales teams and business partners
- Organization of the company's participation in international exhibitions
- Analysis of trade barriers (customs duties, certification, regulatory requirements).
