Our customer offers an experienced Restaurant Brand Manager to take on the project of opening a new vegan restaurant from "0" and in the future lead it together with the Chef. We are considering candidates for permanent cooperation in the implementation and construction of all business processes with the prospect of leading the restaurant and its further development and promotion. Preference will be given to candidates with successful cases of implementation of vegetarian/vegan concept projects. Basic requirements: experience of starting a restaurant business from "0"; ability to create a brand and implementation of marketing strategies for promotion; experience of financial management, business planning, ability to draw up a budget for a future project in a structured and reasoned manner; experience of operating a restaurant for at least 3 years; knowledge restaurant business processes; experience in personnel management, staff motivation and team building; experience in selecting suppliers, equipment, inventory and qualified employees; financial literacy, ability to generate reports on each stage of restaurant launch; readiness to take responsibility for the results of one's work. Tasks and goals: the main goal is to create a successful vegan restaurant brand "from scratch"; development of a business strategy, concept and their implementation; creation of the necessary package of documents for opening a new restaurant; development of all necessary internal documentation; interaction with controlling government bodies; planning and close cooperation with the designer to create a layout of the enterprise; organization of all technological processes, kitchen design, installation of equipment, selection and purchase of equipment, dishes; search and negotiation with contractors and suppliers; organization, planning and coordination of all processes related to the launch of the restaurant; selection of qualified personnel, conducting interviews; control over the rational use of material, financial and labor resources, evaluation of results; organization and control of production processes together with the Chef: setting up technological processes, accounting and control of the necessary funds for production, forming the menu; control of costs and reporting on the results to the owner of the restaurant.
