Description of responsibilities and achievements: Development and implementation of a strategy for the promotion of residential real estate projects; Management and coordination of all brand initiatives, including advertising, PR and activities to support the brand; Market and competitor analysis to develop strategies to strengthen the brand and increase sales; Conducting joint projects with marketing agencies and suppliers. Establishment of a clear TOR and control of work performance; Monitoring and analysis of the results of marketing campaigns. Job requirements: Education: higher education; Experience in residential real estate advertising - from 3 years; Languages: Ukrainian, English (B1-B2). Skills: Development and implementation of branding strategies; Work with marketing tools and analytics; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; Proficiency in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator); Creativity and the ability to generate ideas.
