Responsibilities:

  • development of trademarks;
  • strategy development and introduction of the company's products on the markets of Ukraine and Europe (Poland and Germany) li>
  • participation in the purchase of goods;
  • market analysis and definition of target consumer segments of the packaging category;
  • launch, development and support of new products
  • development and implementation of the strategy and communication plan of new products
  • initiation and coordination of the launch of marketing initiatives
  • conducting market and competitive analysis of products and systematic review of the product line
  • development and launch of advertising campaigns from scratch (Digital, BTL)
  • control of KPI execution by products
  • compilation of the marketing budget and planning, reporting;
  • forecasting expected profit and profitability;

  • tracking the pricing policy and demand for competitors' brands.
  • preparation of presentations, catalogs, informational materials on the assortment and other marketing products; to potential consumers, clients, partners;
  • control and timely receipt of key visual materials of the product for timely placement on the website and other points of marketing communication;
  • participation in the preparation of banners and other POS materials, organization of product and educational presentations for partners (B2B);
  • planning and monitoring of performance of key indicators of categories (marginality, representation, market share, etc.);

Requirements:

  • higher education (economics, marketing, related disciplines);
  • work experience in marketing/trade marketing departments, in the positions of brand manager ; (preferably FMCG market);
  • ability to analyze the market, product and pricing processes;
  • level of English language proficiency - b2 and above.
  • advanced user of MS Office ( with in-depth knowledge of Excel);
  • ability to work with numbers, analyze information.
