Requirements: Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more (preferably in the FMCG sector); Higher education in the field of marketing, management or a related field; Excellent understanding marketing strategies and tools; Knowledge of marketing research and analytics; High creativity and ability to work in a team; Deep understanding of the target audience and the competitive environment; Excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Identifying new trends in the market in order to create new products and new channels sales; Development of new products together with the department of innovative technologies, based on conducted research on consumer preferences and new trends in the market; Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our brands; Conducting marketing research and market analysis; Development and launch of marketing campaigns for product promotion; Cooperation with third-party agencies and partners; Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities; Budget management of marketing projects.
