Brand manager (junior) in Gravity

Gravity - an IT company that transforms great ideas into successful projects. We develop effective solutions and tools for business promotion and support. Right now we are looking for Brand manager (junior) .

What will you do:

• Participation in content plan creation brainstorms. 
• Implementation of the content plan (writing texts, creating visuals or prescribing TK for a designer, basic video editing). 
• Adaptation of content for communication channels ( social networks, forums, emails).
• Monitoring trends and current news, creating info drives. 
• Writing press releases and texts for a corporate blog (articles, case studies, etc.).
• Communication with partners on collaborations.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of metrics. 

What is important to us:

• From 1 -th year of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Assistant/junior Brand manager or SMM, Content Creator, PR, Copywriter. 
• Promotion experience IT companies (service or employer brand). Experience in affiliate marketing will be a big plus.  
• Knowledge of the functionality of social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Telegram), understanding what a content plan and rubric are.
• Experience in managing social networks (IInstagram, Linkedin, Telegram). 
• Copywriting skills (both in English, as well as in Ukrainian).  
• Experience using Figma (intermediate level ) and video editing applications (basic knowledge: CapCut, iMovie, etc.).
• English Upper-Intermediate and above written (for writing articles).
• Add to feedback portfolio with examples of work (management of social networks, examples of texts, etc.)

• Targeted ad launch experience (Meta).
• Experience in developing a rubric and creating a content plan for social networks.
• Compilation of technical specifications for designers or installers. 
• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics.
• Experience using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
