Management of key brand indicators (sales, gross profit, market share, margin)Formation and development of the assortment matrix of brands Development and implementation of brand promotion strategy. Production development and NPD management (new products)
- Management of the full cycle of NPD projects: from idea and concept to product launch on the market.
- Coordination of the NPD launch process and analysis of launch results.
style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Manage discounts and promotional prices, including seasonal and regional adjustments- Analysis of changes in cost and production costs.
Communication with the consumer and advertising
- Development and implementation of brand communication strategy taking into account the target audience, positioning and business objectives
- Preparation of briefs for creative and media agencies, coordination of the development of advertising materials and control of their compliance with the brand's communication strategy
- Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and the achievement of planned performance indicators (brand / sales KPI).
Requirements for the candidate: - Higher education (economics, marketing)
- 3 years of work experience as a category manager, brand manager in Ukrainian or international production companies
- Experience in analyzing the market, competitors, consumer trends
- Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis (P&L, margin, ROI)
- Experience in developing and implementing brand strategy and marketing plans
- Assortment management and NPD launch (from idea to launch)
- Knowledge of pricing and gross margin management
- A confident user of MS Office, Excel, Power Point - high level of proficiency
- English language level - Upper-Intermediate.
