Hello! We are VIATEC, a distributor of technological solutions in the fields of video surveillance, security systems and energy.

We are the official representative of the products of the world's No. 1 and No. 2 brands - Hikvision and Dahua, and our portfolio is constantly expanding.

We work with equipment that ensures business stability: backup power, energy saving systems, monitoring and complex solutions for objects of any complexity.

Our market is fast, technical and competitive. It is not enough to simply sell a product here - you need to develop the direction as a business, work with brands, influence sales and make decisions that produce results.

That is why we are looking for a Brand Manager of the Energy Direction - a person who perceives the brand as a responsibility for the result, and not as a set of marketing tasks.

About the role:

This is not a classic sales and not a "marketer with extended powers".

This is a role for someone who:

  • is responsible for the development of energy brands;
  • thinks in terms of turnover, margin and demand;
  • influences on assortment, pricing and sales;
  • works in close cooperation with the sales department;
  • monitors product balances and movement;
  • builds partnerships with manufacturers and customers.

Area of responsibility:

Brand = business

Management of the portfolio of energy brands VIATEC.

competitors;

  • analysis of customer needs;
  • search for new opportunities for development.
  • Sales and partnership:

    • close work with the commercial team;
    • participation in the formation of sales strategy;
    • work with integrators, installers, energy companies;
    • development partner network.

    Goods, stocks, price;

    • control of turnover of goods;
    • management of balances and illiquidity;
    • formation of orders to suppliers;
    • calculation and adjustment of RTC;
    • ensuring a competitive price on the market.

    Manufacturers and brand development

    • building long-term relationships with manufacturers;
    • coordinating marketing support;
    • participating in exhibitions, forums, presentations;
    • conducting trainings, seminars, webinars.

    KPI roles:

    • direction turnover;
    • implementation of sales plans;
    • speed of product turnover;
    • brand profitability;
    • expansion of the partner network.

    Who will suit us:

    • candidate with experience as a brand manager / head of direction from 3 years

      (required B2B, technical or energy products);
