Essential Responsibilities strong>:
- Develop and implement brand strategies for premium lines in close collaboration with regional marketing managers, the BI department and other company departments.
- Localize and implement strategies (together with regional marketing managers) and monitor their implementation and effectiveness of impact on financial indicators to achieve the company's global goal
- Develop and implement global omnichannel communication strategies in collaboration with the marketing communications department or relevant contractors
- Localize and implement strategies (together with the regional marketing managers and the marketing communications department)
Choose methodologies and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities (together with the regional marketing managers and the VI department ) - Develop a systematic research strategy in the direction of brand marketing (together with the VI department). Analyze and select research methodologies and schedules. Conduct research according to the schedule. Analyze the received data, make conclusions and recommendations for adjusting strategies
- Develop communication platforms and brand assets (together with the marketing communications department). Develop communication platforms for premium lines (in close collaboration with regional marketing managers and the marketing department communications)
- Develop communication materials (360), coordinate the work of the marketing communications department and contractors in terms of relevance to approved strategies.
Develop communication guidelines (360) for the use of communication platforms, develop communication toolboxes to ensure communication assets of regional marketing managers.
Develop and upgrade visual assets of brands - brand books, visual libraries, labels and packaging, etc. - Develop trainings for partners (in collaboration with the brand ambassador and the marketing department communications)
- Plan and approve budgets
Are you a good fit forNemiroff Marketing?
- You have a higher education majoring in marketing, management, psychology, economics
- You have 5+ years of experience in a similar position in FMCG in international or large local companies
- Your skills include strategic planning, budget planning, budget management, presentation and communication skills, experience in the development and production of creative materials, skills in working in cross-functional teams, understanding of marketing research methodologies and communication analytics.
- You are fluent in English
- You are an advanced user of MS Office 360
