Responsibilities: Strategic planning, development and implementation of the "Club 4 Paws" brand strategy. Coordination , support and approval of the development of new products / product groups. Budgeting and cost control, brand PNL. Formation and support of the brand's communication strategy. Development and definition of additional strategic tasks (integrated and social) brand projects. Development and coordination of the analysis and monitoring system. Periodic analysis and monitoring of the dynamics of brand development. Conducting brand presentations to partners, participation in events and negotiations. Together with the PR department, work on strategic projects and their coordination. Effective interaction with the sales team. Coordination and support of the preparation of exhibitions and other events. Conducting audits and studying export markets in the "fields". Formation of brand presentations. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a brand manager. Practical experience in marketing, brand building, strategy development. Fluency in English at B1 level and above. Confident user of MS Office. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Analytical skills, attention to detail. Purposefulness, openness, honesty. Willingness for frequent business trips in Ukraine and abroad. Love for animals.
