Description Development of marketing activities within the category; Formation of category strategies for a long period (horizon - a year, with quarterly updates), marketing plan of activities, their implementation in the general communication plan and successful implementation; Management of the budget of communication campaigns (from planning to evaluation of effectiveness); Coordination of partner projects; Conducting market analytics and audience needs; Requirements Work experience in e-commerce projects in the position of trade marketer, marketing manager, community manager or junior brand manager in marketing; Experience in planning, coordination, implementation, control and preparation of reports on marketing activities; Understanding of the main tools and indicators of digital marketing; Experience in developing and conducting national and local advertising campaigns in various communication channels; Ability to work with data, spreadsheets, create presentations; Working with GA4; Responsibilities Planning, budgeting and coordination of marketing activities; Launching activities in accordance with the marketing plan and preparing reports; Development and updating of the category strategy for a long period (horizon - one year) with quarterly updates; Development and implementation of marketing plans for the category and its implementation in the overall communication plan; Management of budgets, from planning to evaluation of the effectiveness of communication campaigns. Conducting market analysis and identifying audience needs.
