Product category management. assortment matrix of retailers. approval of pricing policy (prices and discounts), drawing up price lists and initiation of revaluations, planning of marketing activities: promotions, exhibitions, seminars, promotions, sales launches. Participation in the development of communication policy: approval of the promotional calendar in social networks, marketing packaging of products. Participation in the planning and control of the provision of marketing materials in trade channels: catalogs, exhibition samples, presentation materials for managers, etc. Control of product merchandising. Analysis of competitors by position. Forming reports and presentations for company management. Organizing budgets. Requirements: Experience as a brand manager from 3 years. Successful cases of bringing TM to the market of Ukraine. Possession of tools of marketing mix, branding, event and trade marketing. Possession of metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities. Experience of bringing a brand to the B2B market (beauty , medicine, pharma). Conducting research / cooperation with research companies. Understanding the basics of digital marketing / e-commerce. Understanding the beauty industry market (trends, CA, competitors, events, mass media). Knowledge of 1C.
