International pharmaceutical holding Delta Medical invites to its team: Brand manager Our ideal candidate: Understands the strategy of product promotion; Has successful proven experience in the promotion and launch of OTS products for at least 2 years; Loves and knows how to develop and promote advertising campaigns; Has expertise in P&L budget management for the assigned portfolio; Results-oriented, communicative, proactive. Functional responsibilities: Ensuring the achievement of planned indicators monthly, quarterly, annually; Development and implementation of the marketing plan, annual renewal; P&L management; Achieving market share targets, work on the development of brand recognition and success tracking mechanisms; Establishing and maintaining contacts in retail pharmacy chains, with OPR, KOL, consumers, patient organizations; Planning and implementation of pharmacy and consumer promotions, BTL events, calculation of results; Development of promotional, pos-materials etc.; Development and implementation of a media plan; Creation of original content adapted for each platform; Launch, monitoring, evaluation of the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Development of digital promotion through YouTube, TikTok. Instagram, FB, other. Adjustment of the promotion strategy; Organization of targeting on all digital platforms; Creation of information content for visits by external service employees - product presentations, campaign book; Training of external service employees, conducting product trainings; Cross-functional interaction with the logistics department, regulatory department and other company departments ;Expense budgeting, working with contractors.
