Role in the company: Development of a strategy for the development and promotion of the SHABO brand on the Ukrainian and global markets. Duties and responsibilities: Analysis of the market and competitors, studying the needs of buyers to create a unique sales offer. Analysis of the company's products, identification of potential for demand and promotion for promotion profitability. Development and launch of new products. Development of a strategy for promoting the product to the market, conducting advertising campaigns, using the most effective channels to promote the brand to various target audiences. Development and implementation of the concept, planning and coordination of work on conducting advertising campaigns with the help of internal resources of the company and external contractors. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented advertising measures in terms of increasing the profitability of the company by the advertised product line. Necessary knowledge and experience: Higher education in the specialty of marketing or economics; Experience in working with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG); Proficiency in English at least C1 (will be an advantage); Excellent analytical and presentation skills, stress resistance.
