Bayadera Logistics ELIT Company is an importer and distributor of elite alcoholic beverages, is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of Diageo, Moet-Hennesy, Jagermeister, represents alcoholic beverages Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Glenmorangie, Moёt & Chandon, Cointreau, Metaxa and many other brands, invites a Brand Manager (categories coffee, tea) to the marketing team.

Key duties of the position:

• Analysis of the specific environment, construction of the brand positioning concept in the category. 
• Ensure the fulfillment of key indicators (KPI): sales volume, quantitative and qualitative distribution, more effective positioning.
• Building an image and developing brand recognition. 
• Administration and control of the spending budget by brands.
• Development of sales promotion programs.
• Building and monitoring the implementation of the Trade Marketing Plan.
• Development of motivational and training programs for employees and customers.
• Administration of 1C brands
• Search, administration, support of contractors and agencies.
• Formation of POSM, trade equipment, Merch by brands.
• Managing analytics and reporting for partners.

• Formation, planning and control of product balances by brands.

   

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, marketing or management). 
• Experience in a position in the field of marketing, brand development, sales from 3 years.
• Knowledge of the Tea, Coffee, Confectionery market is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the principles of category management, trade marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, analytical tools. 
• Compulsory English language proficiency at a level not lower than B2.
