Key responsibilities:

• Development of brand marketing strategies.
• Preparation and updating of annual brand plans.
• Development of a product promotion plan through innovative promo campaigns.
• Conducting a full analysis of the effectiveness of the strategy and monitoring its implementation.
• Full responsibility for the A&P budget (advertising and promotion) to ensure that advertising campaigns do not exceed agreed spending limits.
• Sales analysis with recommendations as appropriate to the situation.
• Influencing sales management and sales teams to ensure proper execution of advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of basic marketing research tools and their application in analyzing market adjustments.
• Knowledge of media planning indicators.
• Analysis competitors.
• Constant control of product stocks and participation in order planning.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and proven success (work experience in alcohol industry will be an advantage).
• Graduate higher education (preferably in the field of "Marketing").
• Mandatory experience of working with ATL and BTL.
• Ability to manage different projects at the same time.
• Ability to effectively cooperate with a wide range of people from different departments of the company.
• Fluent in English at the Upper Intermediate level (oral and written), able to present ideas.
• Knows the culture of strong alcohol, etiquette and modern marketing trends.
• Confidently works with PowerPoint, Excel, analytics.
• Ready for business trips around Ukraine and abroad.
• Has excellent communication skills and is not afraid to take the initiative.
