We are looking for a Brand Lead, who will lead the brand team and own the image area of SKELAR. There will be 4 specialists under his command, and in time there may be more.
Your main challenge is to transform a company that builds international tech businesses into an undeniable love mark for candidates, the media, partners and other external stakeholders. Next Neflix or Google? Yes, we have exactly such ambitions.
You will be responsible for:
— All stages of brand communications and the creation of integrated strategies for the sustainable development and scaling of our brand.
— Top-level management of SMM, PR, employer brand and content management areas.
— Holding large events, such as DOU Day and other key events that increase the recognition of our brand.
— Development of partnerships, launch of special projects and collaborations.
— Brand audit and formation of recommendations based on research results.
You will work with the Comms team, which already has 15 strong communicators and designers. And your manager will be Ira Franchuk, Head of Communications at SKELAR.
What is important to us:
— Experience in communications from 4 years;
— Management experience (people management);
— Portfolio with strong successful cases (it can be anything – starting a new direction/market, building processes from scratch, etc.); style="font-weight: 600">SKELAR foundation. This is our own charitable foundation created by the company's employees. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
And you will also help to communicate about the projects of our foundation. For example, in December 2025, we launched the first incubator in Europe for veterans building tech businesses. And we have even more CSR initiatives worth talking about.
