We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Brand & Digital Designer, who will help us create a bright and modern visual image of the company. You will have the opportunity to influence the development of the identity and implement creative ideas that will be seen by thousands of people.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience in a similar position in the iGaming niche from 1 of the year

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Responsibility and independence in work

• Ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions and quickly switch between tasks

• Ability to accept and apply feedback

• A2+ English proficiency

• Willingness to perform a small task before a technical interview

Will be a plus:

• Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie)

• Experience with 3D graphics (eg Blender)

• Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS to adapt graphics to web

Responsibilities:

• Development and creation of visual materials for the site, social networks, blogs and advertising campaigns taking into account the requirements of the brand

• Preparation of graphics for promotion of the HR-brand and internal communication of the company

• Development of the concept and implementation of corporate merchandise and gift products

• Createcreation of visuals for landing pages, landing pages and company documents

• Development and support of brand books, guidelines and presentations that ensure a single visual identity of the brand inside the company and on the external market

• Interaction with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and adapt content for different platforms

• Ensuring compliance of all visual materials with corporate style, aesthetics and quality standards of the company

• Optimization of graphic elements to improve user experience and loading speed on web resources

• Research of new trends in design and implementation of innovative approaches to improve visual content

• Preparation of layouts for printed products and souvenirs to support employee loyalty

• Development of design and graphics for exhibition stands, roll-ups and other materials for corporate and external events

• Control of terms and quality of tasks, management of priorities and compliance with deadlines
