About the company:

BetterMe is a company that has been offering the best solutions for physical and mental health since 2017. BetterMe products meet the needs of people of all ages, genders, physical abilities, and sports backgrounds. Our goal is to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone who wants to change.

We already have 5 talented designers working on the development and improvement of our branding. Currently, we are expanding the Brand Design direction and are looking for a colleague with extensive experience in the visual communication of the company.

Your future tasks:

• Develop, improve and create rules of interaction with the company's branding.
• Develop packaging for sportswear, accessories, equipment, fitness trackers. Participate in the development of sportswear and accessories design for the BetterMe Store.
• Interact with the creative team at development of visuals that will help in communication (3D, animation, illustration) and content production (photos and videos). Set shooting tasks based on references.
• Participate in the creation of landing pages and banners for products, clothing, challenges and other promotional campaigns that promote the BetterMe brand.
• Create presentations to present the company on international conferences.
• Embodies and communicates company and product value through visual branding.
• Interact with content, PR, product and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Join tasks for internal company activities and events.

What will you need for this?

• Do you have a portfolio of modern, aesthetic works.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a brand designer or UI designer (in a creative agency or design studio that developed visual brand communication and promo sites).
• li>You have knowledge of Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/Jitter.
• Experience in creating logos.
• You know how to distinguish professional content (photo, video, illustration, 3D) among thousands of stock photos. You know how to convey an idea through references and set a task for the photographer and the shooting producer. Intermediate+ level of English. justify your decisions.
• You have strong presentation and communication skills, you know how to find a common language with the team and specialists from other departments, you give constructive feedback.
• You can properly organize your working hours in order to work effectively and to rest.

It will be cool if you:

• Know how to make high-quality web-design with the help of typography, photography and appropriate graphics , without unnecessary decorations.
• You have experience working with 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) and know how to create 2D animation (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, Jitter).
