Your future tasks:< /p>

• Develop and improve the company's branding and brandbook.
• Interact with product, content, PR and marketing teams.
• Interact with the creative (illustration, animation, 3D) and production (photo and video) team. Set shooting tasks based on references.
• Develop presentations for international conferences, features and stories to promote the application.
• Join the creation of product, clothing, challenge and other promotional campaigns that promote the BetterMe brand.

What do you need for this?

• You have a portfolio with modern, aesthetic works.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a brand designer or UI designer (in a creative agency or design studio that developed visual brand communication and promotional sites).
• You have knowledge of Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/Jitter.
• Experience in creating logos.
• You know how to distinguish professional content (photo, video, illustration, 3D) among thousands of stock photos. You know how to convey an idea through references and set a task for the photographer and shooting producer.
• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.
• You have an idealistic approach to the implementation of the task, you are flexible in the search for ideas and implementation, you can argue your decisions.
• You have strong presentation and communication skills, you know how to find a common language with the team and specialists of other departments, you give constructive feedback.
• You can properly organize your working hours in order to work and rest effectively.

It will be cool if you:

• You know how to make high-quality web-design using typography, photography and appropriate graphics, without unnecessary decorations.
• You have experience working with 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) and know how to create 2D animation (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, Jitter).
