Your future tasks: Develop and improve the company's branding and brand book. Interact with the product, content, PR and marketing teams. Interact with the creative team (illustration, animation, 3D) and production (photo and video shooting). Set tasks for filming based on references. Develop presentations for international conferences, features and stories to promote the application. Participate in the creation of promo landings for the product, clothes, challenges and other promotional campaigns that promote the BetterMe brand. What will you need for this? Have a portfolio with modern , aesthetic works. You have at least 2 years of experience as a brand designer or UI designer (in a creative agency or design studio that developed visual brand communication and promo sites). You have knowledge of Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/ Jitter. Experience in creating logos. You know how to distinguish professional content (photo, video, illustration, 3D) among thousands of stock photos. You know how to convey an idea through references and set a task for the photographer and producer of the shooting. Intermediate+ level of English language proficiency. You approach the implementation of the task in an idealistic way, you are flexible in the search for ideas and implementation, you can argue your decisions. You have strong presentation and communication skills, you know how to find common ground communicate with the team and specialists from other departments, give constructive feedback. You can properly organize your working hours in order to work effectively and rest. It will be cool if you: Know how to make high-quality web design using typography, photography and appropriate graphics, without unnecessary decorations. You have experience with 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) and know how to create 2D animation (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, Jitter).
