Areas of responsibility:
1. Premium brand activations
- Adaptation and implementation of brand concepts for specific establishments.
- Coordination of key details: format, menu, ambassadors, design, brand integration.
- Management of POSM production, logistics and contractors.
- Control of execution at locations and compliance with brand standards.
- Post analysis: sales, ROMI, reviews, recommendations.
2. Cooperation with Advocacy & Education
- Preparation and training of bar staff (cocktail rituals, product presentation).
- Involvement of brand ambassadors in activations.
3. POSM and visual presentation
- Preparation of technical tasks for premium POSM.
- Control of delivery, placement and compliance with brand standards.
4. Budget and work with contractors
- Management of the budget of trade activations and control of cost effectiveness.
- Selection, assessment and management of agencies, suppliers, production teams.
5. Reporting and analytics
- Systematic reporting: reach, sales, ROMI, feedback, photo reports.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (marketing, management, economics);
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, HoReCa, trade marketing or brand activations;
- Understanding HoReCa / Off-Trade channels and the specifics of shopper experience - will be an advantage.
- Understanding marketing principles, trade marketing or working with brands;
- Knowledge of the basics of trade analytics (ROMI, sales, distribution)
- Practical experience in organizing events, brand or trade activations (from idea to implementation and reporting).
- Skills in working with budgets and managing contractors (agencies, production, decorators).
- Knowledge of premium branding, mixology, serving alcohol - will be an advantage.
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Availability of orderly military registration documents for conscripts
