We are expanding our activities in Ukraine and looking for Branch Manager in Kyiv to join our team.

Your profile should be:

•             Relevant experience in Staffing and Recruiting business and managerial experience
•                Strong market knowledge and business opportunity development skills
•                Proficiency in need analysis and economics
•                Understanding of business controlling and financial management
•                Experience with digital tools and technology usage
•                Leadership and team engagement 
•                Good level of English

Key Responsibilities:

•                Manage financial and business results for the assigned district
•                Develop and monitor budgets and action plans for local branches
•                Ensures achievement of business targets and implement improvement strategies where needed
•                Maintain competitive and profitable pricing in line with company policies
•                Oversee client portfolio management and collaboration with national sales teams
•                Support and supervise consultants in delivering excellent service
•                Ensure effective workforce management and staff development
•                Foster communication between headquarters and local operations
