BPAK test engineer in Pro recruitment

We are looking for an expert: who combines the skills of a field specialist, an analyst and a technical writer to work with aircraft-type air defense systems. The expert is responsible for the full cycle: from physical training and tuning of boards "in the field" to in-depth analysis of logs, telemetry and video. A key task is to develop test programs, maintain protocols and create clear operational documentation. We are looking for a mobile and responsible specialist who is able to transform complex technical data into structured reports and ready-made instructions.

Key tasks:

• Test trips for progress documentation of events.
• Processing of all recorded and provided test information (on-board/telemetry logs, video recording of the UAV operator’s screen, video from cameras, etc.).
• Development of test protocols with a full description of events and a detailed description of the main purpose of the test.
• Providing information about the conducted tests to the relevant departments of the enterprise.
• Development and approval of programs and methods tests.
• Development of operational documentation for UAVs
• Preparation for tests
• Configuration of communication systems and on-board systems of UAVs.
• Deployment and collapse of UAVs.
• Identification and transfer of faulty equipment to the service center or prototype assembly department.
• Possible trips to the location driving a car and loading/unloading equipment.
• Participation in the development and finalization of operating documentation.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience with UAVs
• Knowledge of basic principles of flight/aerodynamics and aircraft design.
• Experience in development of operational documents/technical descriptions/normative documents.
• Ability to clearly and meaningfully describe processes, events, phenomena, algorithms, etc.
• Basic understanding of meteorology and general weather limitations.
• Understanding the principles of operation and operation of electric motors and internal combustion engines.
• Understanding the logic and principles of performing a pre-flight inspection of UAVs
• Proactivity (the ability to foresee the consequences of one's actions).
• Communicability.
• Responsibility, the ability to work in a team, organization.
• Having a category B driving license will be a plus
