BP analyst / methodologist in IT Cervis, TOV

Ukrainian logistics company "TransporToo" is opening a vacancy for a Quality Manager. We specialize in "last mile" logistics and have contracts with such international companies as Royal Canin and Mars.

This position is new and opened in connection with a business request for the development, systematization and description of BP. We strive to become better, and if you feel expertise in logistics processes and desire to be involved in building high-quality customer service, this vacancy is for you!

In candidates, it is important for us:

• higher education (logistics will be a plus);
• experience of working in transport companies, understanding the specifics and BP of cargo delivery;
• experience of systematization and description of BP;< /li>
• ability to write educational and regulatory content in simple language;
• systematic and attentive to details;
• experience with LMS

The main responsibilities'will be:

• Structuring and description of the company's BP;
• Development of job instructions, work standards, etc. regulatory documents regulating the company's work;
• Writing educational content for LMS;
• Participation in BP optimization and automation projects.
