Book designer — a gift/commemorative children's book in ASO

We are looking for an experienced book designer to design a gift/memorial children's book, including full interior and cover design.

This is a project originally intended for print as a premium gift edition for parents and their children. The book is designed to be filled out by parents and will be kept for many years so that the child can re-read it in the future.

Target audience:

Parents of young children (0-6 years).

Buyers looking for a meaningful, emotional gift

(birth of a baby, baby shower, important early development milestones).

This is not a standard children's activity book.

This an emotional keepsake gift designed to create a sense of specialness, peace and be a worthy gift.

Book details:

Format: Printed book (Amazon KDP / print first)

Dimensions: 7 ? 10 inches

Length: ~50 pages (25 spreads)

Structure: 4 topic blocks

Content type: Short emotional prompts + space to fill

Design:

Calm, warm and emotionally responsive

Stylish layouts with lots of free space of space

Emphasis on typography, rhythm and readability
