Bonus calculation analyst for the sales team in ALCOline, TD

Trading House "Alkoline" is a production and distribution company in the alcohol industry. It is one of the key players in the Ukrainian market (Bolgrad™, Smereka™, Areni™, Fortinia™, Letizia™ and others).

The company actively launches new products on the market, expands channels and sales methods. As a result, more and more data is available for analysis and control.

We are currently looking for an expansion of the Analytics department for the calculation of the bonus for the sales team ( NE KZOT).

Functional responsibilities:

• development and implementation of the salary calculation system for members of the exclusive sales team;
• analysis of sales plans and actual indicators to determine the individual and overall success of the team;
• development of gradation of percentages depending on the achievement of the sales goal;

• regular updating of the calculation system in accordance with changes in sales plans and agreed motivation;
• cooperation with the financial department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments;
• support of all staff changes and motivations for all teams of Ukraine.
