Main duties: Calculation of the cost of services, provided by distributors in accordance with service contracts every month (implementation of trade conditions). Preparation and sending of acts on the estimated value of distributors' services. creation and adjustment of budgets for the payment of trade terms to distributors in the Rebate Agreement system. Submission of requests (settlement) for payment of the cost of services to distributors in the Rebate Agreement system. Formation of a report with the fact of the cost of services in terms of the trade terms of distributors for of the finance department (monthly). Calculation of premiums of the sales team, sales team (STA) quarterly / monthly. Preparation, verification, formation of a report on payments to the sales team (Fee Report) and distribution to distributors. Collection, verification, preparation and uploading to the database monthly staff report. Preparation of KPI reports: Rotation Trad team, Budget usage. Preparation of a proposal for plans for the trade team, collection, analysis and timely entry into the database of plans by subchannels: RCD / Trad / WS / OOH / Tier 5 / E-com .Main requirements: Higher education; Experience in analytical and administrative work; High level of understanding of details; Strong analytical skills; Intermediate English proficiency level (oral, written); Above average proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel), Database, SQL and SAP is desirable; Developed communication skills, the ability to work effectively with different departments and build relationships with clients / partners.
