Blockchain Developer (Mid+) - DeFi Blockchain Project in SourceX

We are seeking a skilled Middle Blockchain Developer with a passion for DeFi, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in blockchain development, particularly with Ethereum and Solidity, and a solid understanding of smart contracts, their deployment, and audit processes.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain • Participate in the creation and implementation of DeFi strategies • Engage in smart contracts audit to ensure security and efficiency • Contribute to the development of staking mechanisms and custody solutions • Work within a DAO framework, contributing to the governance and decision-making processes • Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative DeFi servicesRequirements: • 2+ years of experience in blockchain development • Proficient in Solidity and smart contracts development • Strong understanding of the Ethereum platform and its related technologies • Experience with DeFi projects and familiarity with staking, strategies, and custody solutions • Knowledge of DAO and its implications for project governance • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team • Commitment to best practices in coding, testing, and securityPreferred: • Prior experience in a similar role in the blockchain industry • Familiarity with DAO and custody solutions in the DeFi space
