Responsibilities: Design and implement L2solutions, focusing ondecentralised sequencers and SVM rollup execution environments within the Solana ecosystem. Lead the engineering efforts inoptimising the codebase for enhanced scalability and security, particularly within our rollup and sequencer infrastructures. Develop and oversee adversarial testing strategies toidentify vulnerabilities within our core system components and ensure resilience against sophisticated attacks. Automate security testing processes, creating innovative tools and frameworks for continuously improving our systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams todrive the adoption ofour L2solutions, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Requirements: English speaker isamust. Abachelor’s ormaster’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated technical field, coupled with practical experience inblockchain systems. Atleast five years ofexperience inblockchain engineering, with adeep technical understanding ofL2architectures, including optimistic and zero-knowledge rollups. Strong proficiency inprogramming languages such asRust andC++, strongly emphasising secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment. Demonstrated experience indesigning, developing, and deploying scalable distributed systems, with apreference for those who have worked directly with the Solana codebase. Ananalytical mindset with the ability toanticipate and mitigate emerging security threats, leveraging acomprehensive understanding ofthe blockchain landscape. Direct involvement inthe Solana ecosystem, with contributions toSolana’s runtime, scheduler, orother core systems.
