We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our Social Networking Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy and execution: implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, resolving issues, developing tailored solutions for partners;
- Business development: pursuing new business opportunities within the dating industry, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, attending industry events and conferences;
- Client relationship management: maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, presenting new opportunities, negotiating and closing high-value deals with new and existing clients;
- Reporting and analysis: preparing regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance and market trends, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
We require:
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in the online dating industry or related sectors;
- Upper-intermediate+ English level;
- Deep understanding of the online dating industry;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;
- Strong sales skill set (negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, etc);
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
- Strong drive to grow and go the extra mile in your work.
