Specialized experience is defined as meeting ALL the following:Performed field work for projects related to vegetation management and botany including taking measurements and recording observations.Assisted with conducting surveys for plants in project areas that included on-the-ground reconnaissance and record examination.Recorded and compiled vegetation and botanical data for use in analysis and reporting.There is no education supplement for the GS06 position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
