BIM specialist, architect, draftsman, Point Cloud specialist (Revit) in Alterpex, LLC

We invite BIM specialists in the field of architecture and drawing development to the ALTERPEX team to work with point clouds (Point Cloud) in Revit. We are looking for a candidate for full-time work only, and with fluency in Revit in the architectural direction. Mandatory experience in modeling complete buildings from start to finish, not just partial modeling of individual elements. Who we are looking for (mandatory qualities): Know Revit (required) and know how to find a way out of difficult situations; Like to work without supervision and can calculate your time; Can work on projects independently, but also like to work in a team; Are able to organize yourself and are ready to work remotely; Have / are ready to open a FOP. Interested in professional growth and long-term cooperation. Know English at a conversational level, can correspond in English, follow instructions, know architectural terminology. Have experience in ARCHITECTURAL modeling in Revit Desirable, but not mandatory qualities: Previous experience working on the basis of Point Cloud (willingness to learn is mandatory); Additional architectural programs such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, rendering skills; Architectural/Technical education; 3 or more years of Revit experience What kind of work awaits you: We work with single-family, commercial, medical and office complexes.
