Responsibilities:

• Administration and implementation of billing system products
• Technical support of the billing system 24/7
• Performance of administrative work in the system (control of work, elimination of errors, participation in the recovery of the system after a failure, resolution of incidents, fulfillment of user requests)
• Making changes to tariff plan settings
• Making changes to SMS and USSD notification settings
• Supporting the process of testing changes to the settings of the billing system
• Execution of non-standard samples (operational reports) from the database (Oracle/PostgreSQL DBMS)
• Setting up monitoring metrics, control over system backup execution
• Keeping documentation of system settings
• Interaction with system developers, as well as related departments
• Participation in the project activities of the company as a technical expert

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the principles of functioning of billing systems in the field of IT/Telecom
• Knowledge of telecommunication protocols MAP, SCTP, SCCP, CAMEL, DIAMETER, knowledge of protocols at Tracy analysis level will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the structure (architecture) of GSM / GPRS, LTE, IMS networks, as well as the principles of interaction of subsystems and network elements
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL (writing scripts, procedures)
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems at the level of basic administration; basic knowledge of virtualization systems and microservice architecture
• Experience in documenting system settings
• Ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in English – Intermediate
