Your future duties: work as a second line of support, solving customer inquiries on the topic of payments and refunds, written communication; risk assessment for specific situations, work with customer objections; collecting feedback from users; We are waiting for you: work experience in the position of Customer Support Representative/Billing Support Specialist from 6 months; high level of written English (Upper-Intermediate level), oral skills will be an advantage; the ability to be polite to communicate meaningfully; indifference and a desire to help users; responsibility for results and the ability to make optimal decisions; interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.
