We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites.

The main communication channels are chats and emails. We know all about weight loss and muscle building and conduct regular team training with leading nutritionists and trainers.

Your Future Responsibilities :

We expect from you:

• work experience in the position of Customer Support Representative/Billing Support Specialist from 6 months
• high level of written English (Upper-Intermediate and above), oral proficiency will be an advantage
• skill to communicate politely and meaningfully
• indifference and a sincere desire to help users
• responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions
