We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Support Specialist to communicate with our users by e-mail and help them solve any payment problems they have. Responsibilities:— Help customers through mail, cancellations, refunds;— Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services;— Resolve tickets through Zendesk;— Work on a 3 through 3 schedule. What skills required:— Knowledge of the English language: Upper Intermediate (B2);— 6 months+ experience working in customer support or billing support teams;— Will be a plus: experience working with payments.
