Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of a multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We are committed to revolutionizing online consulting and are actively working on a platform that will make this possible. We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Support Specialist to communicate with our users via e-mail and help them resolve any -what payment problems they have.
Responsibilities:
— Help customers by mail, on issues of cancellation of subscriptions, refunds;
— Follow all necessary guidelines to provide quality service;
— Resolve tickets through Zendesk;
— Work a 3-by-3 schedule.< /strong>
What skills are needed:
- Knowledge of the English language: Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1);
—6 months+ work experience in customer support or billing support teams;
- Will be a plus: experience with payments.
