We are currently looking for a Billing Operations Specialist for one of our businesses.

Billing Support
is a team of specialists in the field of payments, which is dynamically developing and evolving. We work remotely, we advise users from different parts of the world on payment issues, we investigate interesting cases like real detectives, we pump our own expertise in the field of online payments to perform even more efficiently.

Outside of work, we gather for team activities and, of course, donate to the Armed Forces in order to bring victory closer.

What do we expect from you:
Upper Intermediate (B2+). This is very important for us, because we mainly communicate in English;
- Willingness to work in some shifts in the evening hours (19:00 - 03:00);
—Experience of working with clients: by phone, email, in chats and/or live;
—Experience with online payments. A basic understanding of how online payments work and experience with fraud and chargebacks are also welcome;
- Initiative and organization - we are not shy to talk about problems and propose ideas, we know how to take responsibility for achievements and setbacks, we control our working hours on a shift;
- Inside you lives a detective who loves to investigate complex situations, analyze facts and dig into its root cause, offer ways to solve it;
- Unlimited desire to learn and develop in IT.

"Wow! And how is the work going?":
We communicate with English-speaking clients through calls, chats and tickets regarding payment issues;
- Solve complex queries that are sent to us from the first line of support. Examples of complex requests: "I want a refund!", "I want to report a technical problem with payments";
— We work proactively with fraud (fraud) on the platform;
— We monitor the operation of the payment infrastructure in real time, detect abnormal errors, drop in payment throughput, etc.;
— We develop professional skills at trainings and lectures for further career growth.
